Guests consistently praise the Dial House's location in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, near the River Windrush and within easy walking distance of major attractions. The family rooms are spacious with two bedrooms, and the hotel offers convenient on-site parking, a definite plus given the busy area; some guests have found the staircase to their rooms a bit steep, however. The breakfast receives high marks for fresh, local ingredients, and some rooms even boast fantastic views of the town.

decent stay with minor issues

on-site parking family room long wait rude staff
i liked the on-site parking. it was convenient in this popular area. the hotel's nearness to other villages was also great. i loved the space and privacy in the family room we stayed in, it had two bedrooms.
i waited outside for nearly 20 minutes before anyone came. someone said they were not taking anyone for tea or drinks when i asked to sit and have 3 teas. it felt arrogant and dismissive.
